Year 1 held a parent workshop to celebrate Chinese New Year. The children took part in a range of activities.
Chinese lanterns
Children made lanterns using paper, card, sequins and glue.
Chinese masks
Children made masks using different materials: paper plates , tissur paper and glue.
Chinese dragon dance
The children watched a Chinese dragon dance and then used props to work together as a group and performed the dance.
