Year 2 travelled all the way to Cannock Chase to hunt the Gruffalo, a Gruffalo! Why, didn’t you know? He has terrible tusks, and terrible claws, And terrible teeth in his terrible jaws. We followed the trail looking for clues and characters from the story. We walked through the deep, dark woods where we came to a clearing and snook up to the Gruffalo. Later on we played on a massive park then had lunch to give us enough energy to be wild things, we were banging our drums as loud as we could.
